Who will I work with during my transaction?
You work with one lead agent who coordinates everything. Behind your agent is our in house transaction coordinator, our broker, the title company, an attorney when needed, and the agent on the other side of the deal. You do not have to manage them. We do.
Will I owe tax on the sale?
This depends on your situation. Please check with your CPA. We help with the real estate side.
Can I find a smaller place in the same area?
