Who will I work with during my transaction?
You work with one lead agent who coordinates everything. Behind your agent is our in house transaction coordinator, our broker, the title company, an attorney when needed, and the agent on the other side of the deal. You do not have to manage them. We do.
Do I need to be ready right now?
No. Many clients talk with us months ahead so the plan is ready when they are.
Do you work with buyers and sellers?
