Who will I work with during my transaction?
You work with one lead agent who coordinates everything. Behind your agent is our in house transaction coordinator, our broker, the title company, an attorney when needed, and the agent on the other side of the deal. You do not have to manage them. We do.
How much do I need down?
It depends on the loan. Some programs need very little. We will show you your options.
Do I need an agent?
The seller usually pays for agents in the sale, so having one on your side is a smart move.
How long does it take?
Many buyers close in 30 to 45 days once an offer is accepted.
