Who will I work with during my transaction?
You work with one lead agent who coordinates everything. Behind your agent is our in house transaction coordinator, our broker, the title company, an attorney when needed, and the agent on the other side of the deal. You do not have to manage them. We do.
Can I do this mostly by phone?
Yes. Many clients buy or sell with only a few in person meetings.
Can you help me sell while I travel?
Yes. We manage showings, keys and updates for you.
Do you also handle the loan?
Yes. Our lender works in the same office, so it is all one team.
